Dial-A-Mod

If, for some reason, you can't get ahold of a mod via IM or otherwise and have an issue, question, etc., please feel free to leave a comment here. They are screened for the time being, but if the question is pertinent to members at large (about how [community profile] rainbowfic works, for example), we'll unscreen once answered so others can see it and perhaps have their questions answered.

For reference, you can try IMing Kat at tigerkat245, Kelly at subluxating, or Sara at WLiialover88; these are all on AIM, or you can send a PM. You can also contact Geena at takenhawkeye @ yahoo.com.

Have y'all considered allowing other bingo cards than origfic_bingo to count for pastels?

I have a further question about the "generated by the mods" restriction. I have a card from [community profile] fanbingo (a trope bingo comm, ftr), where the cards are officially supposed to be generated by the mods but in actuality their mods have all been on hiatus for over a year. They have a hiatus rule where any member of the comm can use a random number generator against the posted prompts list to create a new card. That's what I did.

So would this card of mine be allowed for Pastels use?

Hi -- I haven't quite joined yet, so I hope this is still kosher, but I had a question about writing in the same universe as another writer. The person who pointed me here and I have a lot of shared universes, some of which they already write for in this community. Is it alright if I write for the same ones when I join, or does that somehow violate the rules of the community?

Sorry to bother you, and thank you for your time.

Does every piece for a Bichrome need to use only the two Bichrome colors, or can some of them also have a third color?

Thank you! Also, for the accomplishments that say "any shades of blue", can we use any color that is a shade of blue, or only colors that have "blue" in their names?

Do specialty colors like "Summertime Blues" and "Bubblegum Pink" count as "any blue" or "any pink" for palette purposes? (ie. does Summertime Blues count toward Got the Blues?)

You can unscreen the question if you like, if you think other people might also want to know. I was just curious.
