I have a further question about the "generated by the mods" restriction. I have a card from fanbingo (a trope bingo comm, ftr), where the cards are officially supposed to be generated by the mods but in actuality their mods have all been on hiatus for over a year. They have a hiatus rule where any member of the comm can use a random number generator against the posted prompts list to create a new card. That's what I did.

So would this card of mine be allowed for Pastels use?
